TEAMcoach

Anthropological team development is based on making optimal use of everyone's qualities. Fluent collaboration means communicating openly, having the same goal in mind while leaving room for the use of different talents and insights. That requires trust, commitment, leadership and vulnerability. The teams I guide are on a journey together that is as unpredictable as it is valuable. We unravel the team dynamics and patterns and take a closer look at what is and is not functional or helpful about them. That is the starting point of every journey.

CONNECTION & change

Before I start working with a team, I always conduct in-depth interviews with all team members. All those different insights, views, stories and desires form an imprint of 'Now'. Where are we right now? What needs to be done differently? What should not change? The past (which has contributed to the current situation) is also shared with me, the frustrations, the possibilities that people see, the differences and similarities are exposed.

The hidden potential becomes palpable and also activated through this method. The insight: 'we can do this differently'. Awareness grows, motivation to start moving increases. Motivation is needed for growth. For renewal, old ballast must be waved away, and in order to climb, the valley must be left. Campfires and rituals help with these exciting movements.

The gold of this approach lies mainly in the speed and effectiveness of the findings. The extensive experience I have with fieldwork (worldwide) and therefore with quick and deep dives into another culture, world or group provides rapid clarity. An accurate, sharp representation of the patterns, themes and dynamics that are also provided with recommendations if they block or frustrate the way forward.

I really think it is the best thing there is when it all comes together in a group meeting or session and everyone visibly uses their own qualities to reshape the connection and direction. It's about connecting in the Now and not about tomorrow, it gives space and oxygen - and sometimes everyone has to move through the uncomfortable. It's always Together. It is always co-creation where the discovered potential provides energy to join forces.
