Culture

The organizational culture determines the unwritten rules, norms and traditions that also determine the success or failure of change processes. Changes that arise from reorganizations, innovations, the introduction of new team members or work processes. All changes have an impact. On the people involved, but also on the culture. Trust and support are necessary for a transition to succeed.

Anthropological research into organizational culture can be enormously helpful in knowing what room there is for growth and improvement. I map out the most important patterns and most relevant pillars. This way you quickly and clearly gain insight into the situation and the culture that forms the basis. Whether the goal is to optimize a process or improve cooperation between parties. I offer you interpretation, insight and a solution-oriented answer based on research. So that you can take the steps that match the undercurrent.

Research into organizational culture, leadership and decision-making. Research into team cultures. Research for interventions in response to inappropriate behavior, severe insecurity and violence in the workplace. Cultural research into behavior in organizations, teams and boardrooms always provides golden insights. Organizational cultures are always changing and the patterns can be studied up close. These provide information about the room for change, the level of commitment of employees and the human behavior that interacts with them. Or oppose them. The cultural research I conduct is based on anthropological methods and techniques. This means that I always do 'field work'. In this blog you can read more about the method and what it produces . The qualitative method of research produces a cultural picture of a team or entire organization.
